Terrible service, I bought a car from them, ended up driving the car with no registration because it expired and they could not be bothered to get my paperwork fixed. I received the car with no working radio, to this day it has not been replaced, the cars carpets were damaged and I was promised by both the salesman and his manager that all will be fixed, to this day nothing. These guys are ****s and cheats and my advice is be careful of them.

These people hire old people aged 70+ who can’t even drive. A guy who works at CMH Mitsubishi Hatfield bumped me and is too old to even know he was completely at fault. South Africa doesn’t have an unemployment issue, we have an issue of old people holding positions that should be provided to the youth

Worst experience with a service i have ever had. Car untouched for 6 hours and had to pick up car without any work done. Wasted the entire day and now i need to do it all over again

Auto service world your service is poor i bought a car at CMH HATFIELD and my car was serviced by you im only 2 months with a car but already is giving me problem they you could have fixed during your quality check i bought the car on the 19/04/23 on the 05/05/23 car is overheating due to leakage mind you i only drove a car for a week i took it to Hyundai Roodepoort they said radiator cap was faulty after that car was fine again now is doing the same thing and im asking myself what did you tecnicians do to my car during quality check if im facing same thing over and over again.please make sure is professional people who are doing the job .this is waste of money and time please do the right thing

Please take note these complaints were directed to management twice with no feedback whatsoever. Not even acknowledgement. When booking the vehicle I first requested my wheel alignment to be done and explicitly stated that when I drive approximately 120km/h I can feel something is wrong (The main reason I brought in my car) I was told there is a special and the wheel alignment will be done. Right before payment, I noticed on the job card no wheel alignment was done. I asked the advisor and she said they didn't do it because they have to take it to an external provider. She further told me the dealership has a markup of 40% so it will be cheaper if I take it directly to a provider (what a pathetic attempt to cover no service). This is unprofessional, to say the least. I do not have time to take it to another provider and I need to travel with my vehicle. I was quoted an amount of aprox. R1900 for my service when booking in, the next day the price was double, aprox. R3800, for the service alone. I had to first convince the advisor that this is not acceptable and she had to sort it out. I was given a long list of small things that need flushing and I don't know what to improve my car performance, including my windscreen wipers that need replacing. Something I knew did not need replacing! This was confirmed after the service again. The service advisor phoned me to inform me my vehicle is ready for collection, I told her I will be there in half an hour. When I got there I had to wait another 45 minutes for the vehicle because the documentation and invoicing wasn't ready yet. In 2017 I was told there is a campaign to replace the steering hose but they don't have the parts. In 2018 I was told it was replaced with the service. Now in 2019 I was told again it was replaced. The service advisor could not explain how this is possible.

Bought a 2012 polo vivo with a paint cover sneaked in on the contract upon arrival the car had scratched and chips on the paint all over. Had a weird noise on the engine upon ispection tensioner belt is cut in half and pulley worn. Upon confronting Naniki Maseko did not even reply and continued to block on whatsapp. This people rip people off.

Great service from CMH Mazda Hatfield. Eddie and Charmaine very polite individuals. My deal was sealed within hours, they make buying a car look extremely easy. They bring the new meaning to professionalism!!! Thank you guys.

good day Please note i went to CHM mazda hartfield to order the computer box for my mazda 3 2.0 individual model 2009/10 , they told me that the process for me to get the computerbox i have to pay the deposit so that it can be order from japan .i have pay the deposit on feb the amount of 2000 , i was charge 3050 for the computer box . to my suprise the price has change to 12000 now , so the dealership insist me to pay the 12000 which is not acceptable to the customer. im not very happy with the service , why the price has to increase now after i have order it while it was less , who fault it is between me an a service provider.if i dont get any respond within 7 days im taking my query to hellopeter and to social media , My car it has stay for morethan 4 years at my garage because of the computer box en im still paying the bank on monthly basis , im not happy with mazda at all i wont advise anybody to buy car at the dealership . i spoken to walter on saturday that i wanna cancelled the order because you treat us like rubbish.you dont value your customer .
