Whenever you call any department at this dealership. It's difficult to get a hold of them. They are always busy. They will put you on hold, the after being on hold for over 10 minutes, they will take the call off hold and tell you that you will be contacted soon when the person becomes available, you will never get a call back. It's frustrating as I have purchased my vehicle from this dealership and it's almost impossible to get any help from them. Pathetic service. I will never recommend them to any clients!

Ladies and gentlemen, what is the problem with franchise dealers today. Their lack of interest in ensuring that services are carried out promptly and with some enthusiasm is missing. Don’t expect return phone calls unless you have left numerous messages. My Jeep Renegade had a 135 000 km service. The computer was not reset, so it still shows that a service is due. My driver side electric window needs a replacement mechanism and the part is on order. However, after they stripped everything and put it back again, the door looks disgusting. I decided to leave as is, I am hoping they will fix this when the new part comes. The bottom lines is simply, they are not experienced enough to offer high levels of service. Why? Because they don’t care but they know how to charge. My contact is Celine Williams

I had purchased a vehicle from cmh Mazda Umhlanga last year I had some issues with the vehicle that the dealer promised to have fixed I have been there to resolve this issue at least five times with no satisfaction. The disregard they have for customers is appalling I am currently still awaiting feedback from cmh I've been told that parts need to be ordered and when it arrives I will be notified that was over 2 months ago I am furious over this as the vehicle is my first new car and I expected better from said dealer.

on the 26th of march 2015 i bought a new car from suzuki cmh umhlanga while on maternity leave it was parking in undercover parking when i went back to work on the 16th sep 2015 nightshift the car was parking in the parking by with no shelter when i got to my car around 6:00am on the 17th and drove off water was pouring from my paddles.when i took it to the dealer they said they have no car to lend us in the mean time while they find out whats the problem.so they asked me to use this defected car over the weekend and bring it back on monday which i didnot do because i have 3 small kids and its very dangerous because water got in the car.i they then told me that the windscreen rubbers were lose and thwyfixing it so i said i don't want that car because it's a factor fault they must replace my car they refused.i when to the bank they said they cant help me its between the dealer and me so i then terminated the deal 18th November2015. the bank sold the car now im left the the outstanding balance to pay.whould like to know if this is fair.i laid a complaint to ombudsman they said that its fair what the dealer done .need help

On the 31st december 2015 I bought a car from cmh umhlanga, and after taking the car I realised it had a lot of problems, and after informing them they said they will fix them but when I got there they did not want to fix everything. I then decided to return the car back to them and they are now refusing to take their car back. The BIG QUESTION is thefore why would they refuse to take their product back.

a staff member of CMH Umhlanga was on the incorrect lane of the traffic circle in Umhlanga and hit onto my vehicle, thus damaging my vehicle badly. the traffic circle is clearly marked and road markings/signs is bold and clear showing how the traffic circle should be used. however CMH driver did not follow the road markings and signs and hit onto my vehicle. now CMH says that they will not accept liability for the damage on my vehicle and they feel that the accident is actually my fault. this is so unfair as they are a big branded company and if this is how they behave and side their driver who was in the wrong is not right at all. So do they actually allow their staff to do wrong and then cover it all up for them, even not following the rules of the road??? I want the whole of S.A and Durban to know how this company operates. CHEATERS!!!
