Whenever you call any department at this dealership. It's difficult to get a hold of them. They are always busy. They will put you on hold, the after being on hold for over 10 minutes, they will take the call off hold and tell you that you will be contacted soon when the person becomes available, you will never get a call back. It's frustrating as I have purchased my vehicle from this dealership and it's almost impossible to get any help from them. Pathetic service. I will never recommend them to any clients!

Ladies and gentlemen, what is the problem with franchise dealers today. Their lack of interest in ensuring that services are carried out promptly and with some enthusiasm is missing. Don’t expect return phone calls unless you have left numerous messages. My Jeep Renegade had a 135 000 km service. The computer was not reset, so it still shows that a service is due. My driver side electric window needs a replacement mechanism and the part is on order. However, after they stripped everything and put it back again, the door looks disgusting. I decided to leave as is, I am hoping they will fix this when the new part comes. The bottom lines is simply, they are not experienced enough to offer high levels of service. Why? Because they don’t care but they know how to charge. My contact is Celine Williams

I have take my bakkie in for service. I was charged for fluid change and what ever else the service included. Was told that everything as been checked and sorted. I am not a mechanical person and I don't understand the inner workings of a car. I awesome the agent knew what was best and had given me what I paid for. Yesterday morning when I filled fuel, I ask the attendant to checking the water level of widow washer. While doing this he also checked the oil level. He informed me that there was no oil in my engine. I then check it twice. The oil stick came out dry. Too my horror I watched him fill 4 bottles of oil into my engine before the oil stick indicated the correct level. HOW CAN THE AGENT REMOVE THE OLD OIL AND NOT TOP IT UP WITH NEW OIL!

I was looking to buy my first Fiat car, and my close friend told me to visit their CMH dealership, as they have the best customer services and great prices. I visited their dealership last month, and was greeted by one of their sales execs, who was very patient and explained the product in great detail. A month later, I am really impressed with my new car, and would like to thank the team at CMH Fiat & Alfa Umhlanga for their great work.

Very good dealership. Reasonably priced deals on all new vehicles. Used vehicles also available. Customer service is very good and staff are knowledgeable about the vehicles on sale. Safe and secure parking on the premises. Test drives can be conveniently arranged when booking an appointment. Nicely sized showroom in an easily accessible location. Definitely worth the visit, for those looking at purchasing a vehicle.

Definitely worth the visit. Was shopping around for a new car. Visited this branch to browse the new cars in the showroom and to get some literature. Had a very good experience from the time I walked into the branch. The staff and sales team are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about all their products. I was informed about various options and prices. I was even told and given an about the servicing costs for different models and the extended warranty options for the vehicles. Worth the visit.

I had purchased a vehicle from cmh Mazda Umhlanga last year I had some issues with the vehicle that the dealer promised to have fixed I have been there to resolve this issue at least five times with no satisfaction. The disregard they have for customers is appalling I am currently still awaiting feedback from cmh I've been told that parts need to be ordered and when it arrives I will be notified that was over 2 months ago I am furious over this as the vehicle is my first new car and I expected better from said dealer.
