I bought my brand new Mazda from CMH Randburg in 2016 and serviced it there every year since. Sad to say, the service has deteriorated every year. 2025 was my final visit. I strongly advise people to go elsewhere. They damaged my windshield, promised to fix it before I collected my car that afternoon. Nothing was done and manager had gone home. I was assured by James I would be called the next day. No follow up, and no call since 20 November 2025. James made many promises and did not keep a single one. No CMH, your service is dreadful and most certainly not excellent.

I bought a secondhand car (Mazda cx3). Shortly after buying this car. The car all of a sudden showed that it needed service. Sent the car for service and they told me that the brake pads and need to be changed and my battery needs to be changed. Car is also showing that needs water when it doesn't. Lastly my key does not work. Sent it for that and they requested the second key which was also not given to me when I bought the car, made a complaint and I have since been waiting for the sales manager to call me.

Bought a vehicle from Mazda CMH Randburg, and I have received the worst experience ever. The red flags were there from the moment the sales person was rushing me to sign the contract. After signing the contract, I asked to leave with my car, however the car was just there no wheels, still at their workshop, now I asked them why did they force me to sign the papers for a car that is not ready. That was on the 29 Dec 2024. I was told I will get my vehicle in 2 days time, 2 days turned into 21 days, then a month, then a month and a week. I was given different courtesy vehicles, that didn’t even have petrol, but when they come collect their courtesy vehicles and exchange they have petrol and they hand over one that has no petrol, I was told I will get my money back but as I’m typing this I feel like I’ve been ****med. Finally got my car on the 3rd February 2024. Old tyres, had scratches, and yellow chemicals on the door, speakers not working, it was a mess. I was promised that they will fix it. That was around the 06 February 2024, they said they will fix it in 2 days time. 2 days became a month. They came to fetch the vehicle on 06 March 2024, on the 07th March 2024, the sales person called and told me they returning the car however it’s not yet fixed. I politely asked him why are they returning the car yet it’s not fixed. He started lying as it’s his job I guess. I told him they must fix the car as he had said they booked the entire day to get my car fixed. I called the dealer principal but he was too busy to hear me out, my contacts were written down but I never received a phone call back, it’s been a week now. Today 14 March I call the dealer again, and guess what, the dealer principal is busy then they take my numbers again, as I type this, the day is over. The sales person is ignoring my calls. So if you thinking of buying a car here, think twice.

The initially professional and accommodating persona soon changes once the deal has been signed. even worse once the vehicle has been delivered with only partial of the obligations fulfilled. In essence thy do not give you the full story and keep omitting seemingly obvious information: 1. Who sells a 2018 vehicle with only one key? And on delivery claim that it was always only one and another would cost in access of R7000. 2. Parts that were on back order would be installed at a later date once they arrive. It's been 3 months still no contact to have the parts fitted? 3. Part of the on the road fees are the registration and the like to be resolved. But yet they are happy to give you the car and 3 months later you find out there are still outstanding fines on the vehicle, which subject you to unnecessary harassment by the SAPS. In closing think twice before you buy here!

I have send my vehicle back to CMH Mazda Randburg 10 of August 2023 with an issue saying loss of power & display saying enige service now. Received it back on 17 August 2023 Mazda saying they didn't find any thing wrong. Today the same issue 23 August 2023!!!! I wonder what the next excuse will be.

I have bought a vehicle from CMH MAZDA RANDBURG in April and have had several issues since then. Vehicle has been going back and forth since then and still not sorted out. (In the time I bought the vehicle it has been with them for 2 months, meaning I have only had the vehicle for 2 months since) Manager just saying it is a second hand vehicle. Again not even 2 months or 1500km later the vehicle keeps losing power and shows enige service now on display (problem not resolved if it keeps coming up) I need this resolved.

I took my car for service in ford, my valuables and sneakers were taken. When I ask them, I was told camera couldn't pick up who took my staff. My Apple IPad and sneakersgone. Bad service!!!!! After that you have to pay alot. Before the car went to service department, the guy took pictures and he told me that he saw my valuables but now when I ask, he doesn't know

I bought a car at Mazda Ford Randburg in January and I got the worst service ever. The car was not in good condition and I was sent from Pillar to post. Even now I still don't have the car documentation, I call the sales manager everyday with no assistance. They also have my refund for the car I trade in but up to date the refund has not been paid.
