Very disappointed in this dealership. Customer check in is very disorganised. Not done in order of who arrives first. Transport is a mess. Would have been quicker to walk home. From time of arrival it has been 1 hour 20 and still no sign of a lift home. Probably going to be here close on 2 hours. They never take calls or even call you back. If there was a zero star I would have selected that. Will probably drive back to my old home town Hillcrest and service there and spend the day there than have to deal with this dealership.

My experience with CHM Ballito was extremely disappointing. The customer service was poor and there was a clear lack of integrity and accountability throughout my interaction with the branch. Communication was unprofessional and issues was not resolved as promised. I expected far better service and transparency from a reputable dealership - unfortunately, CMH Ballito fell short on both.

Bought a 2020 Toyota Corolla from CMH Nissan Ballito. From the Salesman through to upper management, extremely poor service. I was **** to by the salesman who assured me that the vehicle was not in any prior accidents or fender benders. He told me that the front bumper was resprayed due to the car being low and the under of the bumper s****ing a lot. This was a lie, after thorough inspection (albeit rather too late as the car was purchased by myself), the bumper seemed to have been repaired and the fender lining had to be replaced which obviously tells you that the car did have some damage. This was just the start of many issues: 1. Licensing and registration took 1 month after the permits had expired to be sent to me. 2. The car had to be sent to Ballito about 5 times to sort issues out. Fender lining, brakes, isofix covers for the backseat, alignment not done properly. 3. No service record given, I've had to ask several times until eventually getting it 4. Spare key given was for a different vehicle - They had to cut a new key eventually 5. The most recent issue being a "Check Engine Light" that came up on the dash. This was apparently oxygen sensors that were faulty. This happened within 6 months of me purchasing this vehicle. The vehicle went to CMH Nissan Ballito who informed me that one of the sensors were changed and that the vehicle was fine. When the vehicle was being delivered they noticed the light had appeared again and informed me that the new sensor that they installed was faulty and that they will be replacing it. The vehicle was then sent back to me with the apparent new part bought from Toyota and unfortunately the "Check Engine" light was still on. After much arguing, phone calls and emails, it became apparent that I was **** to and that CMH Nissan Ballito did NOT put a new sensor, they had attempted to fix the wiring to the sensor. All this because the car requires two sensors and they did not want to fit the bill. I had to compromise and pay for one of the sensors so that they can get this fixed! In summary, I would caution anyone buying a used vehicle from this dealership. It seems their values are based on lies, deceit and extremely poor after sales service.

If i could say zero i would say zero worse dealership ever, i bought a 2017 BMW X6M in 2022 with 133 000km for over R900 000, I had it for one day and the motor blew , the Dealer agreed to fit a new motor , i got my car back after almost 8 months of waiting . i didn't even drive the car for a month and the motor blew again , they told me they replaced the motor but they **** they fixed the old motor that blew and you cant fix a motor that blew on a performance car, when i went back to them they refused to take the vehicle back or to fix the vehicle. .

I have bought a new Suzuki Fronx from this dealer in Dec 23. From the very outset I had problems with the sales person every step of the way to such an extent that this person left in Jan 24 and I was not made aware of that and the licencing and the number plates were outstanding. only when I called in mid Jan 24 I was told this. I went through to her Manager, who also tried to resolve this and that experience was also not acceptable. I then went onto his Manager who had provided the necessary support and then passed this onto the previous manger to close out. Today the 01 Mar 24 the licence disk was delivered in Cape Town with out the plates having told that everything would be delivered. When querying now the plates were sent to another branch in CT and I am told this now and that I must fetch the plate after me taking a brand new car for COR because of the dealership delay. I still don't have the plates. This has been the worst experience anyone could have gone through ever with Suzuki.
