I wish I could rate them in A minus. Rita Ping at the Port Elizabeth branch take person issue out on businesses. I dealt with them for years and spent a good couple of million with them. When I asked her to sort things with warranty she is not helpful at all. I will never recommend dealing with Rita Ping @PE. She treats customer very bad. I have moved my business to better company but they are still pick up point she just point blank ignore me here .

We have ten cfe batteries 2 years old. Been on phone up and down with technicians. Site 200kms from Port Elizabeth. Eventually brought all ten batteries in.3 Weeks later batteries still not all tested. Constantly send requests for updates for customer and just got ignored. I have in the last year spent 2,5 bar there my customer nothing. Customer tells me today his batteries ready and long story short Gwen there gave him direct price cutting me as the customer off to help once off.anyway batteries still not ready

CNBM supp**** a 5kVA battery that ceased to work within 12 months after installation. We returned the battery to the supplier in Midrand who said they were waiting for a component to be shipped from Cape Town. Then after waiting for more than a month they leave a message on their portal claiming the battery was water damaged, irreparable and that we need to collect. No pictures, no proof or other explanation given. The battery had been installed 15m away from the nearest water pipe and higher than the geyser that was separated by two brick walls and a door. Water damage was neither evident when taking out the battery nor possible unless it was subsequently damaged or used as a convenient excuse not to honour the warranty.

Can't even describe the service as bad. Its non-existent. They "try" to assist you then ask you to wait 30-min and then they go silent using the excuse of in a meeting which is acceptable if its not the same occurrence every time. I honestly don't know what to do anymore to get service out of these people. If anybody else is experiencing this issue please let me know what method you use to just get basic communication out of these guys. It doesn't help calling any alternative numbers as even their landline doesn't even get answered.
