Our vehicle was taken to Coachman’s Autobody on recommendation from OUTsurance after an accident in August. From the start, the experience has been frustrating. When the car was first returned, the battery had been changed without explanation, and the mud flap was completely missing. After raising these issues, the vehicle was taken back for repairs - only for us to later discover that the paintwork was visibly flawed, showing pink undertones through the blue metallic finish. Despite sending it back again for correction, the same problem has reappeared. This level of workmanship and lack of quality control is unacceptable, especially for an approved repairer associated with a major insurer. We expected our vehicle to be restored properly, not to have recurring issues months later. I would never recommend them to even my worse enemy.

Thanks, Coachmans, for a great experience. I especially appreciate you consistently keeping me informed. My car looked great when you were done with the panel beating. Truly appreciated

Worst service ever. Car had to go back numerous time, at a cost of around 20k from my own pocket> Was eventually ( 8 months later) told by the owner that there was nothing more that they could do, and that if it breaks again, then i should rather take it somewhere else > So much for a guarantee on the work. 2 weeks later it broke down, leaving me stranded. - Its since been repaired somewhere else and so far so good The 8 months that they had it while it was being repaired, i was never contacted directly, i had to run around calling them , speaking to Nadia, and Bernelee, and the owner Eugene, was never given a straight answer. The mechanic was almost never on site, and was also always busy with other small projects on my surprise visits. PLEASE do not ever use these guys for any vehicle repairs

I have never experienced such terrible service. I am a client of OUTsurance and need my car to be repaired but instead I have been waiting on COUCHMANS AUTO BODY to provide me with assistance They offered to “squash” my car in for repairs which I then asked if it will then perhaps just sit there due to there being no space. (NO RESPONSE) I needed to call them to confirm if I may bring my vehicle in today as they advised that I could bring it in from the 27th Nov then when I called today 27th Nov they are fully booked. The least I expected was a courtesy email of dates available or as to when there would be a gap but instead I get a rude person on the other end with an attitude. Very unreliable and unprofessional which give OUTsurance a bad reputation

After taking my car in to be assessment and getting a quote asking them to quote me on the worst-case scenario.

Getting my quote for an 3rd party claim. Received a quote and send it through to the insurance company.

After everything was approved and on taking my car in firstly was my car 2 days late and no one could contact me and told me your car is not ready yet. Went through to collect my car on Friday apron arriving I cloud see my car is still not correct wanting to see the manager I told him my car still not correct he told me my car will never be 100% fixed and it’s not his fault he did his job.

Firstly, you don’t speak like that to a client

Secondly, it’s your job to inspect the car on all aspects to see what’s wrong then you do a quote

After a heavy fight with them they agreed that it was their fault and they will fix it. Great I was happy with that.

So today was D day going to pick up my car after 2 weeks happy with all the work the back bumper was still to the old bumper with all the scratches from the bumper bash. Asking why they did not replayed it they just told me it’s not their job to do so and it was not on the quote. I even consider it to pay half of the bumper the owner Eugene Bezuidenhout phoned me and told me they have already paid in more than an did more than they are supposed to so they will not replace it or even go half on it.
