Friendly, efficient, on time and very helpful service.
This company goes above and beyond. They made the whole moving experience of my mother so much less stressful! They were very accommodating and answered all of our queries timeously. Very efficient, on time, friendly service. This is what good service should look like. I would recommend them any time!

AWESOME SERVICE
Great service from start to end. Starting with Sandri and Denise in the office that were to respond to our queries. We emailed a few places on Sunday night and Coastal removals was first to respond. Michael came to collect our furniture and called earlier to say he will be a little late so we could plan. Everything was wrapped and packed well. We were told they would arrive in Cape Town from Johannesburg at 7am on Friday 12 Dec 21. They arrived at our place after a long journey at 7.05am and Michael's fathers first words was apologies for been late. 5 minutes late and we talking about a 1200km journey. All our goods was unpacked and all is in order. Definitely recommend them.

Coastal Removals do it better
Coastal Removals did a second move for me, across the country, and they were great. Compared to the 'easy' crowd that did my first partial move and broke and lost items, Coastal were really good. They wrapped appliances properly, packed and stacked the items with care and protected all goods. They were earlier than expected for pick up, loaded items with a shuttle in record time, and made it across the country to my destination house a day earlier that expected. Great people to deal with.

Bad customer relations
<p>Johan from Coastal Removals assisted us with our move to Pretoria. He appointed Key Moves to transport our goods. Over charged us on insurance, insured our goods on the wrong vehicle. Our goods received R 80 000 worth of water damage. Johan is not assisting us in getting Key Moves to replace our goods, no follow ups, no assistance, NO CARE ATTITUDE. </p>
