NEXUS COATINGS - poor quality paint
I want to warn people of poor quality paint called NEXUS COATINGS.... I bough 20l to paint front of house, and it looked really nice...After 2 weeks it rained and the paint totally washed off, leaving horrible streaks... It was supposed to be a good quality paint. Whe I contacted the company, they told me they cant help me because I bought it from a hardware which is not a registered distributor of theirs....Although they ackknowledge that it was their paint....POOR service, coupled with poor quality product.... CAUTION TO EVERYBODY : KEEP AWAY FROM THIS POOR QUALITY PAINT.

Perfectionist of note.
Oupa(Mr Dube) of the above company was called by myself,after finding his company on Snupit ,to fit a brand new geyser for my domestic lady who was about to retire after working for me for 22 years.I was horrified to find out she had no running hot water in her house and so decided to gift her.Mr Dube's work was absolutely Exceptional and I would recommend him to anyone who needed work done.He is a perfectionist of note.Well done 'Oupa'.

Terrible drivers!!!!
Driver of vehicle CA 182 519 almost drove me off the road yesterday. No indicator was used and he did not look to see if the lane was clear. No apology was made. If this is the attitude of the drivers, can you imagine the service from this business. Please make sure that your drivers have valid drivers license and background checks are done before employment as next time, he could cause a serious accident and injure people. Poor oversite from management for hiring someone like this.

Please pay back my refund as promised
I paid this company in cash to do my screed flooring. They failed and didn't do leveling accordingly after many days of false promises to come. We agreed on full refund as they were at fault. They are now claiming they are doing a breakdown calculation. What breakdown as they are the ones who didn't deliver on their part. They promised to fully refund me and I have proof of such and now they are saying they are calculating, calculating what?

Poor quality floors and no interest in after-sales service.
Product looks good but very poor quality. After 1 year, my Epoxy floor has started to peel and my concrete floors are cracking everywhere and the surface colour is delaminating in multiple places. Spent months trying to reach them to see how I can resolve and was ignored or received a series of excuses. Wanted to give them the opportunity to help address the issues but they had no interest in resolving the issue. Would avoid this company.

SERVICE & PRODUCT OF THE WORST QUALITY
In March 2020, I received the worst service ever from Coatings & Maintenance AKA S A Floors.This product - Epoxy , applied to existing floors, is to give an enhanced and renewed look to existing floors. To my detriment, I uterlised the service of the above-mentioned company to use their product on my porcelain tiles. I was promised the best quality and a 5yr guarantee, bearing in mind no written guarantee was received by me. 2 days after the application of Epoxy was applied I contacted Jaco (supposedly co-owner), of the inferior quality of the application.The end result, which looks likes bubbles, like when nail polish has not dried completely and clear nail polish applied... that what it looks like. In the past weeks, notice peeling of the Resin has now appeared. Bearing in mind, this was not to happen, as the Resin is a protective layer of transparent over coating Numerous messages were sent to the owner Jacque & Jaco, of which many promises were made to come to my residence for inspection and promises by Jacque were made to rectify the issue This application of their inferior product & workmanship, has cost me over R 6000.00 of 50sqm of floor. Since has been on-going since 9 March 2020. to date 24 April neither of the mentioned persons have bothered to call or try to resolve the issue. I would never refer / advise anyone to use this company any their product.

This company is unprofessional. When they were screened by our board of trustees they gave what was obviously false references. A 4 month project took 6 months. They went on leave in December, leaving all our woodwork raw and exposed to the elements of the rainy season. It is now the 12th of February and they have still not returned to finish a job that is paid for. If it wasn't for our project manager every shortcut on the planet would have been taken. I am an irritated owner from L'Montagne in Northcliff who just knows once agin the incompetence of a builder is going to personally cost me. When will we say enough is enough do as you promised? Jacques you should be ashamed
