Coin-markets untrusted

Good day I watched a add on Facebook from Jerry Douglas about trading. then I joined the link to his Q Profits and ended up in a completely different Company. I sighed up with them and everything went well for the first week the Company is called Coin-Markets then I send support a mail to ask if I can change my Bank details 4 days later I still did not hear from them then I asked my Broker what is going on in the Company I send support a mail still did not hear from them and Andrew Gold the ( Compliance Officer ) also did not reply yet. then my Broker Louis Cora changed the subject and said he can give me good trades ... ( I had originally had $1400 when I opened my Account I made $2544.50 profit ) .... He lost everything in minutes left me with $246.52 I still did not hear from support since 18 March 2020 today is 02 April 202 and my Broker is also is ignoring me since he lost my MONEY
