2018 -2021 Was really disappointed with the platform. Was a user since 2018 and experienced an occasion where I deposited funds and they didn't reflect. Contacted the personnel but they sucked. No apologies, no care and no respect for the consumer at the time. I gave them my views in their little quality survey at the end to which they neve responded. So when the customer isn't the main priority , how is that a good . Emailed them regarding the issues and didn't use the platform for a long duration, a decision I should've stuck with. No response, no care, the attitude stunk back then. I decided to use them again this year regretfully and upon a response I will post another review, let's just say the experience thus far has been sketchy but I will give then the benefit of the doubt before giving a review for 2022.. This one star is for the review is related to my experience in 2018 to 2021. BASED ON EXPERIENCES IN 2018 TO 2021, POSSIBLY WORSE NOW, but I'm awaiting an outcome after which I will post another review. No problems with Luno and have been using them since 2017 so I wouldn't deposit any large sums of money into anything coindirect just yet.
