THE COMPANY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!

Coinvest has a very horrible customer services to help their users or customers. I tried to get through to them because i need assistance with accessing my online portal , i couldn't get through to anyone. Their emails are not answered, their calls are not answered.
