Great Christmas Lunch
We booked for the Christmas buffet, It started a bit disappointing as we arrived, our table was still in occupied by the previous patrons. The manager Shamil introduced himself and offered us a welcome drink, we hung around a few minutes as he went to other customers and within a few minutes he had our table ready. We really enjoyed the food as it catered for everyone including our kids, the oxtail was out of this world delicious, we had 3 helpings! Compliments to the chef. Later we witnessed two ladies arriving, the elder one walking with a crutch. Shamil greeted them and from what I could gather, there wasn't a table for them, he paced up and down the restaurant speaking to everyone asking if we were happy with everything, while obviously thinking of how to seat these ladies. It was evident that he really cares and that he is a professional. Eventually we see him going to an elderly couple a few tables away from us, had them laughing and then seated these two ladies with them on the 4 seater. Shamil, I must say that You are awesome, you played your cards very well and you are wonderful host and a People's person. Keep up the good work. We frequent many restaurants but my friend you are As I told you "My new favorite restaurant manager". Trust that you had a wonderful Christmas with your loved ones afterwards. We will definitely see you soon.

Great Christmas Lunch

Food is terrible
This is the worst service ever.You wait for your food ages.You ask for the manager they dont even come to see you for your complaint.And food is terrible.Wrong orders given to us.Burger patties are so dry you play golf with it.please wake up and look after your clients

Compliment of service
Good day...I will like to compliment a young man by the name of Kieth, with his great and outstanding service. I was at the restaurant on the 26 January 2024 and he was serving my table and I was out with my friends from Cape Town... because of his great service and personality,the respect I also got honor from my friends....I thought I should at least compliment his services and I'm looking forward to bringing more of my guests at that restaurant because of him. I just hope his great effort is noticed by the owner or management in that restaurant and he may be greatly awarded otherwise I wish him all the best and to receive proper recognition for his service.

Compliment of service

Great service
Would like to thank Colbyn Golf park and Restairant for a great evening. Had an absolute lovely time. Food was absolutely wonderful. Fresh and deliscious. The service was fast and friendly and very profesional. We felt like VIP's. Although alot of people around us we had a very private time. I would recomend them to anyone. And will definately go again. Service great and prices good. Thank you

Great service
Would like to thank Colbyn Golf park and Restairant for a great evening. Had an absolute lovely time. Food was absolutely wonderful. Fresh and deliscious. The service was fast and friendly and very profesional. We felt like VIP's. Although alot of people around us we had a very private time. I would recomend them to anyone. Poor service
Really not happy with the service we received today. I took two cars for a wash, dry and vacuum. I asked how long will it take. The person on duty said it will take 1 hour. After 50 minutes they haven't even started with one of the two cars. When we asked about it he said there were issues but didn't elaborate on that. We have other appointments and therefore asked that the cars be finished in 30 minutes. One hour later (after asking the cars to be done in 30min) the cars were finished. But it was really not done properly. I am really not happy with the service we received!
