Don't be fooled !

They deserve o stars !! The water of my Defy dishwasher wouldn't warm up. They claim that they will come out with all the required equipment to fix on site, they arrived in an old open bakkie..... not any equipment in sight. I was told it's the PC board & they will have to take the machine with for the repairs, which was on a Saturday. By Monday was told it's working only be be told 2 days later it's still not working. The only thing worse than their fixing skills is their communication skills. I was told numerous times my machine is working & when I asked when they would bring it back, only be be told again they still working on it ! In the end, 2 & a half weeks, they gave up & couldn't fix it !!!!!!
