Cold case tracing company they called my mother, they took her banking detail, ID and Affidavity for her brothers s money now when we contact them their numbers are not working, my mom feel like they ****med her with her IDENTITY, she was called by Reneilwe

I was contacted by a lady called Lequinn Cameron from cold case tracing and I must say at first I ddnt belive anything she said and I contacted my lawyer and my lawyer said they were legit I am so happy with the outcomes and Lequinn is so patient and humble I thank her for all her efforts in trying to contact me big ups to cold case tracing

Beyond Happy!!
Cold Case Tracing contacted me looking for my father as he had unclaimed pension money, at first i thought it was a ****.....BUT WOW, I dealt with a lovely lady & she assisted me all the way! It took a total of 4months & my father was paid out exactly what they said he would get. WELL DONE GUYS @Cold Case Tracing!!!!

COLD CASE TRACING IS A BIG ****!!!!
Cold Case Tracing is a ****. I was contacted by Didimalang Motsusi (Case Manager) from Cold Case Tracing regarding unclaimed and unpaid Pension monies due to me. She asked me submit and fil in some documents of I did in July 2024. I have been sending her emails asking for an update as teh forms that I filled in were from ALexForbes, and when I contact AlexForbes about the claim, they say they don't see my details on their system and I dont have any existing profiles or unclaimed monies with them. I went back to Didi asking her to elaborate on this issue, or at least give me a reference number to my claim, but I have been ignored and when I call their numbers, it doesn't exist. I want to find out what's happening and unfortunately no one is coming forward with answers, and these people have my confidential details and documents including my ID, bank information with them. Cold Case Tracing is not to be trusted, DO NOT give them your details. I will fight this fight until I get to the bottom of it.

Electric industry pension fund 1990-1991
Cold Case tracing called me and they that I will have my pension fund withdrawal and they took my details promised that by September this year every thing will done Now I m wondering why they don't call or email or maybe I get my pension fund withdrawal done as promised

Communication does not exist at all!
We were contacted by Cold Case Tracing regarding a pension fund payout from my late father. All documents were submitted by our estate attorneys as they requested. It's now been over a year, and no one can get hold of them. They answer the phones and confirm that the e-mail addresses used are correct, however they never get back to us. Very unprofessional! How can you offer a service and pride yourself on finding lost pension fund payouts, but then you never get back to anyone??
