Fridge Repair
I called max appliance to repair my Samsung inverter refrigerator they came and told me that it needs gas filter,flashing of gas system and refill of gas & charged me R3500 but my fridge didn’t work. I tried to call them several times but they didn’t show up then I decided to find another repairman. I found this company called Coldmaster Appliance Repair they came and assess my fridge to my surprise it was a compressor faulty. They quoted me R3800 to buy a new compressor,installation and Regas. They gave me 3 days to make sure my fridge is working before I pay and now my fridge is working perfectly fine .They are very friendly. I recommend them

Modus operandi - job not done but abscond with your money.
Atrocious! Paid them R3,500 to fix my washing machine. When they brought my machine back, same issues! Every time I called them, they made endless empty promises to come back! In the end they just don't answer your calls or your call goes straight to voicemail or they just keep you hanging. They've ****** my money! When I threatened to report them to the police, I was told to go ahead. Their main contact number is 0899399195 which always goes to voicemail and the culprits are Michael 0634330651 and Collin 0681915927.

Really shoddy work done on my oven. Charged me R3k to fix a sensor and a switch because I did not have another option. Now the settings on the oven don't work and they got no time to return and fix. Please do not give them work. The two culprits I dealt with are Johannes and Martin. The two numbers are +27 63 433 0651 and +27724213511. Please be warned.

Bad service and bad attitude
Very rude and very unfriendly. The next day after he has got his money, he doesn’t want to see you or deal with you again. Very unprofessional.
