Damaged gears

Worst experience ever my car was in for repairs got it back all fixed but they broke my gear lever i drove my car 5 weeks before it went in for repairs got my car back and couldn't find any gears left my car with them as they said they will sort it out waited 9 day before any response i phoned them no answer phoned my insurance to sort it out insurance and the repair center both buddys decided not to pay im stuck with a R9171.25 problem that wasn't even caused by myself or the accident i went to fetch my car and canceled my insurance with outsurance
