I am with Outsurance and they suggested Collision Pros for my very minor repair. Collision Pros received approval for my work 10 working days ago and for the first time today I got a call back from the workshop manager Alan after calling in 6 times to get some answers. I am now told that I need to bring the car in for further assessmnet to see if there is any further damage not seen by the assessor and if yes they call Outsurance to approve and if they need to get parts dependent on availability the whole process can be delayed. I received an email from Outsurance to confirm the repairs on the 19th February and was told that I would get a call from Collission Pros to bring my vehicle in. After 5 working days I called them to see what was happening and was told that the workshop manager Alan would call me. 5 more days and 5 more calls from me, and nothing from them, he called me to say I need to bring in my vehicle for assessment etc etc etc etc. as per above. This process could have been in action for the last 12 working days. I read many bad reviews on Hellopeter today about this company and so when he finally called I told him I had already called Outsurance to find me a more effecient and decent company to deal with. When I mentioned complaints online to Alan, he told me not to believe them because people write things on social media which is not true. Two years ago I dealt with them with my other car and had to take it back because they had not refitted the door. I suppose based on Alan this issue now is my fault for having gone back to them. Never ever again. Maybe the Managing Director Vernon Pillay should start reading all the complaints online and do something about it unless he is happy with the complaints and also feels like Alan that they are nonsense because he got a couple of good reviews. My business will now be going elsewhere.
