fake contact details no response regarding order

i placed an order online with [URL Removed] and created a profile for the hair straightener. i then paid via eft and emailed proof of payment as well. its over a month now and there has been no response regarding my order. no replies have been sent via email and the contact numbers dont exist. a lady called me today asking for a further payment for overnight courier even though i paid for it already. i believe to have been scammed and im not impressed!
