Is this fair

I am battling now for nearly one calendar month to get my 2 day salary out of this company.

On the 10th of May the manager requested that I can come and pick up my salary to no avail on speaking to some of the staff members I discovered that no one got paid in that company is that fair if you work for a month and you do not get paid. One of their staff members even lost his place to stay due to this.

I think this is low and You do not treat Your staff like that especially if you owe a company that is a service provider to other companies
