BEING HUMBLED BY COMPEG AND BODY CORPORATE OF BRAMLEY MEWS ...I have been going back and forth since 2024 being passed around different portfolio manages...I already had a AOD that I'm paying next thing I get a judgement raised against me that messed up credit , COMPEG is letting BRAMLEY MEWS BODY CORPORATE NOT TO HONOUR THEIR DEAL.....I'm being Frustrated as now my emails are being responded to.

I am writing to express my frustration with Compeg Property Management regarding their handling of my property at Greenacres, Turfontein West. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. It appears that Compeg is not committed to resolving issues, as I have not received responses to my emails. I have been billed for amounts I have already paid, and I am now facing interest charges on these amounts, while Compeg is simultaneously earning interest on the same funds sitting in their account. The portfolio manager mentioned that they have hundreds, if not thousands, of unallocated deposits due to everyone paying into the same account. This situation is simply unacceptable. If Compeg genuinely wanted to assist, they could easily communicate with their banking partners to obtain depositor details, which would allow them to allocate the paid amounts correctly. Instead they insist that I provide confirmation of deposit which I no longer possess, although the caretaker and Trustees had sight at one point of the deposit slips and were satisfied that payment was made. I would appreciate any assistance in addressing this matter through HelloPeter. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I am extremely disappointed with Compeg’s ongoing negligence and failure to correct a serious billing error, despite multiple complaints and their repeated assurances that it would be resolved. The issue began when I noticed that the electricity meter reading for neighbor unit was mistakenly allocated to my unit. This mistake has been ongoing since 2025, causing incorrect charges on my account. I immediately reported the issue and provided clear evidence, including: A photo taken on 20 March 2025, showing the correct meter reading (5846.8). Email records of multiple follow-ups, in which Compeg promised to correct the error. Despite their commitment to fix this, the same mistake keeps occurring, and I continue to be billed incorrectly. Their latest response was yet another empty promise, with no corrective action taken. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is completely unacceptable. If I had not checked the records myself, this overcharging issue could have continued unnoticed for even longer. I have now issued a final demand for Compeg to correct this error by the end of today. If they fail to do so, I will escalate this complaint to regulatory authorities, consumer protection bodies, and the Ombudsman. I will also continue to raise awareness of their poor service through public platforms. I strongly advise anyone considering using Compeg to be extremely cautious, as their lack of accountability and repeated errors show a complete disregard for customer concerns. I expect immediate corrective action from Compeg and will update this review based on their response.

I am so frustrated. nothing is being done with my issue. Precious doesn't help me at all, and Bradley doesn't answer my emails. I sometimes regret buying a house from that complex. Why would someone make your life difficult in your own complex? I'm tired and I just want a peace of a mind The security guard wrote the wrong report stating that on the 19th of January I booked a braai area and on that day one of my guest which it was a male pushed the security officer. Firstly, I booked a braai area on the 26th of Jan and secondly my guest were only females and, on that day, I was not the only one who was at the braai area, there was another group which that group didn't even booked a braai area. The security guard failed to do his job by asking their unit number, so the security officer decided to write my unit number instead of their Unit number. I told Precious about everything, and I even sent her all the evidence, but she turned a blind eye and decided to ignore me. On that evidence I told her that the security guard wrote that I booked the braai area on the 19th and secondly the person who pushed him was a male. Firsly, I didn't book the braai area on the 19th and secondly, my guest were only females. What more proof does she want. I even sent Bradley an email he also hasn't rep**** to my emails. This has been happening for almost a whole month now. I can't even buy electricity because it gets to be deducted on my levies. and on that statement that fine infringement it reflects twice. I have been billed twice.

Absolutely Putrate Pathetic service. All activities are *******. Improper sheriff court orders photocopied from the internet. Lorraine Magalie should be highlighted as a syndicate ring leader for *****, theft of property, ******* disconnections, extreme and ******* roll out fees and lawyers fees for a lawyer who does not exist. Our residential complex has gone from very bad to extremely bad. No recovery of bad debts, poor enforcement of levies, no attention to funding for maintenance; complex is a SLUM. Un-sellable. Our investments are deteriorating fast. Compeg takes the Managing Agent fee and does nothing for the owners. Ignores all demands to produce financials and no AGM. Employ them at your peril.

Our residential complex has gone from very bad to extremely bad. No recovery of bad debts, poor enforcement of levies, no attention to funding for maintenance; complex is a SLUM. Un-sellable. Our investments are deteriorating fast. Compeg takes the Managing Agent fee and does nothing for the owners. Ignores all demands to produce financials and no AGM. Employ them at your peril.

I have sold my townhouse and it was registered 21 Nov last year. The managing agents are Compreg and their service is pathetic. I have asked for a refund of any credit due on my Levies account and emailed Judith and Monyane 17 December with a letter from attorneys notifying of the registration of property to new owner. I have now been sent an email stating that no refunds are done that I must claim this monies back from new owner . This is absurd and will never happen . I now stand to lose monies because of this . Since when do we claim back credit monies and becomes my responsibility. Pathetic service all around and outright outrageous . Why must the seller refund myself any credits due when Compeg gladly accepted all monies from myself. Compeg needs to institute this instruction

i have been trying to resolve an outstanding dispute for over a year. They have my money and simply don't respond. This is a very simple matter and i have SPELT IT OUT AND COULD RESOLVE IT QUICKLY IF I COULD JUST SPEAK TO SOMEONE. oNE YEAR I HAVE HEARD NOTHING. COMPLETELY INCOMPATENT
