Bad Custormer Service

Good afternoon,

I would like to write a review on Agrisa Commodities, Somerset West, Cape Town.

I bought a new laptop from them 11 months ago, and since day one I had problems with certain "faults" on the laptop. I have reported it as from the beginning, and nothing has been done to fix this problem. The one gentleman took it, to work on it a while ago, but the same issues still Remain and now I am just being ignored.

This laptop came with the issues, and still remain.

There client service is very bad and I will Never buy anything from them ever again, and will definitely not refer anyone to do business with Agrisa Commodities at all.

Once you have paid for your item, there are NO client service afterwards if problems arise.

It's better to find a company who will stand by you before and after sales.
