Service Excellence at IT Solutions Grahamstown

I would just like to give a shout out to IT Solutions Grahamstown. I work at Noom Coffee Shop/Furniture Shop and our computer just would not come on one day. Took it to IT Solutions, they fixed it and I collected a few days later. However, when I put the computer on, the email would not work properly and a message popped up that I just did not understand. Took it back and Shawn was so good, he worked his magic on it and voila, it worked. #SupportLocal. He did it as part of the service. I did not have to wait, he did it right there a then.
