Just as a starter, the "Expert" as the manager made reference, did not think that the camera lens cover needed to be removed prior to the start up sequence and gimbal adjustment.
Single-handedly the worst customer service, *********** and uncertified "technician" Matthew destroyed the connection, mount and bracket between the IMU and the drone body.
The amount of thermal paste he app****, accompanied by deep scratches to the IMU, mounting various other intricate components, lead to a R4640 repair cost from DJI themselves. They advised that no DJI certified technician would ever even open it, let alone apply an ungodly amount of thermal paste, prior to running a full diagnostic evaluation.
I am beyond disappointed and rather embarrassed for the staff that such a store would conduct such barbaric repairs.
You should be ashamed of yourself, especially when we first met and you told me that even DJI can't fix drones that you do. What a joke.
I will be seeking advice on the possibility of recuperating the cost of the damage done.
