Avoid Compuden at all costs!
I had a horrific experience with Compuden. They claimed they couldn’t fix my laptop, saying it would be too costly, but still charged me as assessments fee! I took matters into my own hands, un*****ed the laptop, and found the battery cable wasn’t attached - a simple fix! It seems they didn’t even bother checking it. No assessment report was provided, just a quick cash grab. To add insult to injury, I also brought in a hard drive for data recovery. They told me it couldn’t be read, but when I connect it to my computer it is readable and just needs data recovery. ********* and trustworthy. Save your time and money, and avoid them like the plague!

Compuden, disgracefully ***********.
Place a call to them, receptionist can hear me fine, but when I get put thru to sales, that cant hear me. Call the receptionist, asks if she can hear me clearly she says yes, I explain her sales people cant, SHE PUTS ME THRU AGAIN. When I phoned her back for the 7th time she told me my phone line is broken, told her she cant take her logic and business and shove it.

Compuden CCTV
Compuden installed CCTV cameras at my home. Soon after some cameras malfunctioned. They were unable to resolve after numerous attempts. An independent contractor was asked to inspect and found that they had damaged cables during installation and simply covered it up with trunking. They now refuse to pay for the repairs caused by their staff. I do not recommend them.

Compuden Bloemfontein CCTV
Utterly useless. Claim to be CCTV experts but are completely clueless and use incompetent staff. Installed CCTV cameras and a few months later cameras started dying one after the other. Finally got someone else to inspect and they found massive damage to cables that were left like that during installation - clearly damaged during installation and just covered with trunking. They refuse to pay to repair their horrible installation which looks like it was done by a complete amateur. Stay away if you want a functioning system.

Poor air conditioner customer service
Although I can't complain about the computer and tech department at Compuden, I am greatly disappointed in their service concerning the installation of my air conditioning unit. I have been waiting for them to install the trunking for my unit (outside as well as inside) since March 2020. Every time I arrange for them to install it they just never pitch, they don't even have the decency to let me know that they can not make it. The pipes outside are being exposed to the weather, who is going to pay for damage to my unit due to their negligence. I will not recommend them for any AC related services.

I bought a laptop at compuden 5 months ago, it was a gigabite core i3 and sked the sales team at compuden to upload windows on it as i want it to work when it gets to the office. Later that same day they phoned me and told me that the battery was dead and that they have an alternative for me, an Intel celeron, refunded me R700, great! eventually after 5 months (now) that i initial wanted to start using the PC it barely opens any freaking program.when i took it back to them this morning they tell me a bunch of bull ****, the one lady, Irene, so called manager, what a joke! keeps on telling the poor useless sales staff that there is nothing that they can do about it, but in the same sentence admits that the previous laptop was a dud due to out of box failure, not there problem i understand but even less mine, then the idiot at the sales desk should have told me from the start that the PC they are giving to me is going to be a snail after i have made it clear that i do not want a PC that is going to be slow. i asked if they would be willing to take back the piece of **** and that i would pay in on the a new one as well but nothing Irene and the sales num nut that is getting ****y with me now just keeps to their words..... sorry its months later we can't do anything for you! no no no rather don't want to do anything, those bunch of ass wipes only wants to take your money and when you leave the door they are happy to have sold you ****.. Please do not support them unless you are willing to buy **** that is over priced or if you want to buy something with the knowing of not getting any after sales service what so ever!

AFTER SIX MONTHS THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WANT TO WORK AT ALL. COMPUDEN IMPLIES THAT I HAVE PHYSICALLY DAMAGED IT AND THEY WILL NOT REPLACE IT. THEY ARE CROOKS AND NO COMMENT ON SERVICE AS THEIR IS NONE.
