Appaling Service from Hi Fi Corporation and ASUS

I purchased a laptop last October from Hi Fi Corporation, Fourways Mall. It is a laptop ASUS for about R 11 000-00. I never used the camera but wanted to start giving remote language classes in September 2023, so I decided to test if all was OK and noticed the camera was not working! As it was still under warranty, I went to Hi-Fi Corporation to check, and they said that there was a problem with the camera and I had to book it in, and it could take a few weeks. I told them I could not be without my laptop as My work is on it and I do all my interpreting daily on it. They rep**** that the only other option was to just purchase an external camera.
