Bad service from Computer Corporation The Village

Extremely bad service from Computer Corporation The Village Secunda ‼️‼️ I gave in my Ps4 at Computer Corporation The Village Secunda for a Cleaning service and to add thermal paste if necessary, after a month i received my Ps4 back in a non working condition and still full off dust !!! So i complained about it, and they attempted too fix the problems just with more disappointments... they did agree to fix and pay for the damage done by them... but instead i received phone calls and messages from them saying that i have to pay for the optical drive before they will give my ps4 back !!! Even though i told them do not fix the optical drive because im not getting the fair customer service from them, They went ahead and fix the optical drive and demanded that i pay for the repair before i will receive my ps4 back, we paid for the optical drive and received our ps4 still in a non working condition ‼️ this is unacceptable! I have the original Job card, and all the proof !
