Had a line of 200 by 200 and the service was never ever 200 by 200 or anywhere close to it. A month or two ago (i think), i upgraded my package to 400 by 400, seeing that ComX partnered with FrogFoot and i was expecting much better service. Again, the problem persisted. I asked the support person on WhatsApp, whats going on and why I'm not getting what I'm paying for and his reply was, that i need to travel to their offices, to pick up a cable (he is lending me), to test the speed of my internet. He adds to that, that if ComX has to send a Technician to come and check WHY COMX SERVICE IS NOT RUNNING THE WAY IT SHOULD, then i will be charged that "call out" fee. Uhm...ok 🤔 So, ComX provides me with internet 24/7 and i PAY for every second of that service, right... Now ComX wants to CHARGE me, to come to my house, to check why THEIR SERVICE is not running properly at my house...from a router, that THEY installed?! Seems a bit redundant to me. Just want everyone to know what you're signing up for with ComX. Case closed... *You will see the date and time on all my pictures and in the bottom right corner, of every video...

Did needed to upgrade the servers during scheduled maintenance and yes has been 7 work days that has been payed in full on the 10/62021 before 11am instant transfer . 11days later jip still don't have it . did mail did phone and jip no one phone u back not even deliver company. Scary part is its not even 30min drive. gr8 service

Given my recent awful experiences with Raru I thought I'd offset the negative by mentioning that Comx are great. I've used them for many, many years - I think first in 2004. Over that time probably 99% of orders have gone smoothly. The strange stock check step is - on reflection on Raru - a good idea. If there's no stock, you make no payment and have no fights about refunds. But things don't always go smoothly, occasionally things arrive DOA, or I've had to cancel an order or (once) I've double paid. Returns have not been a problem, the courier collects and then a replacement is sent. The time I double paid I was refunded the next day. I think of every order I've cancelled I've used it as a store credit - I don't think I've asked for a refund so I don't know how that goes. All in all Comx have earned a lot of my goodwill and I see myself continuing to use them for years to come.
