Prescribed Debt
These people still harasses me and sending messages that they will come to my work to sign an acknowledgement of debt on my prescribed account or they will come to my home. This debt has already been removed from my credit profile due to prescription. Who do they think they are to make money on prescribed debt. Do they really think that we as the consumer don't know our rights ito the Prescribe Act

Terrible company trying to make money on prescribed accounts. They keep on harassing me and threatening me to pay my prescribed accounts. They don't abide by the NCR Ruling

Its now over 2 months still awaiting for you to provide me with feedback, you last said you waiting feed back that was in April and on the 13th May you decided to place the account hold however, this is taking long can you please close the account and provide me with the written of letter

This company has sent me messages stating that they will send someone to my house to accept a debit order. I have told them numerous times that i am unemployed and also i ahve repeatedly ask for the companies details . I was not given any information. They have not provided me with their name or surname of the person i was speaking to i also requested for the mangers details and still they did not provide me with information. I have requested for the FSP number or licence number for this company and they have not provided me with this information. This account is more than 5 Years old and I'm currently unemployed how ever i am being harassed and threatened by this company .According to my knowledge if the customer request for company details they need to provide it so why is the company not providing us with the details when requested. THIS IS A ****
