Concor Construction owes N1 CONSTRUCTION (PTY) LTD an amount of R170 000 since May 2024. They hired machines from N1 CONSTRUCTION at their site in Noupoort. We have been contacting them on a weekly basis to enquire when we could expect payment, but our mails are being ignored. Tried phoning head office, spoke to various personnel who gave empty promises. Beware of this company.

I stay by Paarl Rock, there is a prosthetics hospital right next door which makes a compressor noise from 6h45 to about 16h30 daily every weekdays. NOISE! Drives me nuts and I WFH most days, spoke to renting agent, says she has never heard of it, reported to CoCT, they know about it but no action. Beware CONCOR!

One of your drivers with a Toyota Quantum drove into my vehicle. The driver admitted fault, camera footage is also available as he also got out of his vehicle and did not pull up his handbrake which cause his vehicle to roll into ours. Now suddenly he got someone from your office to phone us and tell us that you wont be repairing my vehicle and that I must rather try taking you to court. I expect this matter to be resolved ASAP

I recently encountered a disappointing and deceptive experience with the Lions Head Apartments development in Pinelands. The project, developed by Concor Construction and designed by DHK Architects, is promoted with insufficient transparency, leading to financial distress for potential buyers. Here are the critical issues: Lack of Transparency: After paying a R5,000 reservation fee to secure a 2-bedroom unit valued at R1,250,000, I was sent a Deed of Sale containing critical financial details not disclosed earlier. These included a mandatory 5% deposit and an additional R99,000 for parking, which is usually included in property purchase prices. These costs were not mentioned anywhere on their website or promotional materials. Non-Refundable Reservation Fee: Upon requesting a refund for the R5,000 reservation fee, due to the withheld information only revealed in the Deed of Sale, my request was refused. The sales agent claimed the fee was non-refundable despite their failure to provide all relevant details upfront. Intentional Withholding of Information: The development’s promotional materials deliberately excluded key financial obligations, embedding them in a lengthy 40-page Deed of Sale. This approach appears to exploit buyers' trust, coercing them into agreements under false pretenses. Such practices are highly ********* and undermine the trust of potential buyers. I urge others to exercise caution and thoroughly vet this development before committing. I believe it is only fair for the reservation fee to be refunded when vital information is deliberately withheld until after payment. This experience has left me questioning the integrity of the developers and the transparency of their sales processes. I hope this review serves as a warning to others.

Purchased a property in Cape Town, developed by Concor. Three months into occupation, damp and mould started. I raised the issue with the Body Corp and Concor, especially as there was a new born baby in the unit. Nothing was done, Three months later the baby is on oxygen due to the damp in the unit and the tenants have ended their lease . I am still trying to get a response from Concor. Rushana, who was actioned with sorting this out , is completely ignoring me. I have done multiple follow ups and included their Manager Meagan ,who is also unable to get her team to action or respond. What am I supposed to do now? The damp continues and without a tenant, I have a loss of income.

I own a property in Conradie Park. The construction finished in late 2023 and there were a lot of snags to be fixed. These still have not been addressed and with the latest storm there is water inside the walls, what kind of craftsmanship allows water to leak into the walls!? There is damage that needs to be fixed now as well as the snags that have still not been addressed. I am emailing with the staff at Concor but they are unresponsive and very unprofessional. This is ridiculous actually.
