Their electricity meter is the biggest junk i came across. Most of the time is shows fcon. The meter is always situstitedin the same place. Reasons on the website for this error is total garbage. Should take their junk of the market. Should read reports on google maps. Its schoking to see all.the bad reviews

On 12-03-2025, I purchased electricity via the CODI app at 05:49 in the morning, Left to go to work at 11:00 I still have not received my token to recharge my meter. I sent numerous emails to Info@conlog.com, requested feedback on the website as well as the app - no ticket received. Today 14-03-2025 I called them after holding for 6+ minutes I finally got hold of them telling me I should have sent my query to support@conlog.com for a ticket, yet nowhere on the website nor app this email address is shown. Sent proof of payment etc. to conlog, got a message back they cannot trace my token but got the payment. Instead of giving me a token they are now going to investigate as to why I did not receive my electricity that I purchased.

The new Eskom/Comlog smart meter, imposed on us, is not accessible for the visually impaired . As a visually impaired individual, I am compelled to speak on behalf of people with disabilities and the elderly. The information display window on the smart meter is too small for me to read, and using magnifying tools has not helped. The font is also too pixelated. I have attempted to express my concerns to @Conlog, but they consistently respond with vague assurances that they will get back to me. It appears that neither @Eskom nor @Comlog is genuinely concerned about the needs of visually impaired individuals

I recently had pre pre-paid meter installed at my house. The technicians installed the meter just under the ceiling. I am a pensioner and both myself and my wife are on crutches. I need this to be sorted out ASAP. If one of us falls whilst inputting our token numbers I can assure you that they will face a law suite.

Whenever i have a problem and need support i never get it. This is the second time now i use their app to buy but not get a receipt. When i call them i will hold for a while until they drop and say they will get back to me and they never do .

Buying electricity with Conlog and most of the times you don't receive your token. When you contact support you wait hours before they reply just to hear they can not recognize your token after you sent the bank confirmation with all the details. You have to wait for an ivestigation😡

Out of the blue I had no power to my house. I contacted Noah from Conlog Pre-paid Meters and received the most amazing service. Noah patiently ran me through a set of exercises on the conlog key paid - testing different aspects of why the power to my house was "cut" After about 45 min of the phone Noah restored the connection to my house. Truly professional and expert service - thank you Noah from Congo.
