Do not, whatever you do, give these people a debit order permission for your account. We let the non-existent internet account run its course for the agonizing 24 month period. Despite giving ample notice, we are now fighting tooth and nail to get them to stop the debit order. According to them, the account automatically renews every 24 months, regardless of advance cancelation warning. Their 'Lawyers' are looking into it. These people are ******, avoid at all costs. They also dont answer emails and have a terrible attitude when you do get hold of someone.

This Telkom is not good at all it's actually a **** I have a contract sim card with them which I was supposed to pay R260 every month according to our agreement,but nou they are debiting R550 every month which is not our agreement So when I call them to cancel my contract, they refuses,So what must I do with such ****s I need my extra money that they took from my account or else I will change the bank account number This Telkom company is not good at all and I think Leitlho la Sechaba need to pay attention on them

Couldn't get a connection better than 1.5 mbs for a month so resigned. They carried on debiting us for 4 weeks and only stopped when i took them to small claims court. Always a struggle to get help when internet was bad. So good to be rid of them.

Major disappointment on all levels: reliability of internet, support, ease of termination. We would sit without internet for days, and we both work online! But when we wanted to get out a very ugly truth came out that they ******* us into something we never agreed upon. Took us 6 months and a few thousand rand to shake them off! You don't wanna do it to yourself

But when we wanted to get out a very ugly truth came out that they ******* us into something we never agreed upon. Took us 6 months and a few thousand rand to shake them off! This company will ruin us financially. I have an account with Connect Financial Solutions through a revolving account with Hi-Fi Corporation. In September I paid a lot of money towards my account but I was still debited for R2400. This is despite the fact that I only had R1500 outstanding which was not in arrears. I don't understand how do you debit someone for more then what they owe. Furthermore, the debit order was too high when compared to my balance. I requested for a refund and I was told 7-14 days. After 14 days I called again only to find out that a refund was never lodged in the system. They did me dirty again in October. This time they debited me for R900 when my outstanding balance was just above R1500. I have never heard of an account that gets debited more then half of the outstanding balance when the account is not in arrears. I complain again only this time I am told that this is a revolving account so no refund or money reversal. Yet just last month I got one. I am really tired of them. There is nothing more frustrating then having a debit order that is unexpectedly high. My next stop is the ombudsman. I have not received the contract I requested a week ago.

I was referred to Connect-AT at the start of the year in 2021 by a neighbor, upon contacting them, they were very quick to respond and organize an installation. Immediately we had issues, we were promised a solid connection with consistent speed and latency, but never got close to this, we had daily issues, we were then promised that trimming some trees would fix the issues. After we trimmed the trees we still had issues, then we were again promised saying that if we got a larger pole it would fix the issues, so we paid again for a larger pole. Still had issues, we were then told that a point to point link would fix the issue, they supplied us with that free of charge as a test and we still had issues, Then after all that process we were switched to a different tower which gave even more issues than the last. We were then promised that if we paid for a point to point link the issue would be resolved, this is where we said no, finally, they blamed us for not wanting to pay, yet they supplied us with so many false promises that obviously we no longer believed them My experiences with them - Owner was rude and impatient with me on multiple occasions - They contacted family members inappropriately - They stated that they are "known for their customer service" yet they took days to respond to me on multiple occasions, left me without internet on multiple occasions with no feedback and have very poor reviews everywhere - They failed to supply the full contract initially when signing the agreement, leaving out the cancelation clause, when we wanted to cancel, they quoted us a very large amount of money that we did not agree to pay, and apparently they were not in the wrong at all even though they did not supply us with a full contract, then threatened legal action if we did not pay it, we were so sick of them that we just paid and were done with it -They were always quick to respond to installations or upgrades, but slow to respond to issues TL:DR -Majority of time you will have issues -Customer Service very slack -Staff often rude -If you have no other choice but to go with them, then make sure you contract specifically states the cancelation clause, as from reading all these reviews and my own experience they seem to cash grab you if you exit their contracts early.

If you are looking for a professional efficient ISP - these are not the people you are looking for. I moved to Stellies from JHB and was referred to Connect - they were very quick to install, but once that was done they have offered almost no technical support, we have had nothing but issues with the line which is costing me over R1000 pm and when i tried to cancel the contract within days of installation because of service and connection issues, they didnt try address them at all they simply threatened their legal team - even though I cancelled within the prescribed cooling off period. Very unprofessional, very unhelpful - they clearly don't need the business.

I'd give them 0 stars if i could The owner is rude and has a "bigger than you" complex. Their support is meant to answer within 2 days but im left for up to a week with no response. They're very quick to answer if they gain more money from it. Constant problems thar takes weeks to fix. Very unprofessional owner. I had several experienced individuals look at their configuration and all of them described it as "different and flaud" Even ended up taking me 3 months to cancel a contract with them. DO NOT SIGN ON WITH THEM their owner doesnt care for his clients. They have no backup systems if 1 router or server drops the whole system stops working.... WHAT ISP DOESNT HAVE BACKUPS IN PLACE.....my 12 year old son is smarter than that
