Service focused

The staff at CS are very responsive. If there is ever an issue, they attend to it timeously and communicate well. My router was very old and giving grief. Technicians were scheduled and I was updated with their ETA regularly which really surprised me. Ethan & Eddie installed my new router, explained the benefits, process & were very helpful and friendly. So far I'm impressed with the speed. Dylan called when I couldn't get my TV connected and spoke me through it. So good to engage with people who are passionate and service orientated
