Hi good day This company flagged me without my permission i ddnt sign any documents nor did u recieve anything from them for debt review.i dont even need debt review but they flagged me.the debt counsellor name is nazeer abdullah ncr 2345. I even called the ncr about this company an im goin to take them further its ******* to flag someone without consent.

Consumer legal assist trading as Debt Out has flagged me and my wife as over indebted on our credit profile. We have never contacted them or arranged any business with them.

I have reached out to Consumer Friend based on a mandate I hold for a client as attorney of the High Court and member of the Legal Practice Council. At first my request was ignored. I escalated it to the complaints department and received an email to provide a screenshot that the consumer was transferred to me as debt counsellor. Now I am a registered debt counsellor but in this case I want to bring an application as attorney to remove the consumer from Debt review and there is no need to transfer the consumer to me. I point this out to the complaints department but now I am advised no information can be shared with me as I am a third party. Really? If I registered the consumer with me as debt counsellor you would deal with me as third party but now as an attorney having a mandate and consent from the consumer you cant? Perhaps Chantell having worked in a law firm before can explain to you the mandate I hold? There is no email signature from complaints advising who you are dealing with and no contact number. Now the client must contact them. That is why the consumer instructed me to deal with her affairs. So please give me answers why an attorney in South Africa with a valid mandate is ignored. I wonder if you will take me seriously if I bring the application to court and request a cost order against your company. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

For the past 11 years part of my life has been shut due to a company that has decided to leave my name on debt review even though I decided to cancel my application with them in the prescribed time. I have a withdrawal letter as proof (Form 17.4 - Withdrawal of Application for debt review). Because of them I had to run up and down to ensure that every installment I had has a withdrawal letter attached to it in order to show that my debt review status is indeed cancelled. However no matter what I've tried the debt review status still remains in my record. I even managed to pay off those debts myself. No help from them. This company has caused me so much pain and I regret ever coming in contact with them.

<p>Well i took my tablet to Vodacom repairs -Eastgate Malk, and was advised on a back up to save save all the info. I did that but when I went back to get it. Thabo told me that the machine got stuck with only half of the info downloaded. Told him I need everything on that phone so he must do his best. Had to be in Dbn when I came back i find out that they've moved upstairs. Went there only to find new staff and they couldn't help with Thabo's whereabouts. Luckily my tablet was there except for my back up stick I paid for etc. Till today he had my number as i booked the tablet in for repair. I did raise all of this with the new branch but it looks like it's just my problem now but I paid vodacom for something or services I didn't get and no one is willing to help me out. All I need is to be helped with what I paid for or get my money back. </p>
