This is the name on all the email signatures of the people that emailed me before

This is the name on all the email signatures of the people that emailed me before. I last dealt with them in 2021. But during covid, I contacted my creditors personally to make arrangements to pay off my debt and I stopped paying the debt counselor, however not one of them ever contacted me to ask questions or anything. I now received all my paid up letters a few years ago already, and am struggling to get the debt review status flag removed from my name. My credit record is clear currently nothing is showing on there except the debt review flag. I urgently need to help with this. I can't even find them on Google and no one is answering my emails
