Since last year wanting a refund from fnb of 11800 via bookings.com. I'm not happy at all.ive been taken from pillar to post. They wanted proof and I send it through but I never got my money. Since last year 24 Dec till today nothing is happening and I was promised it will take 5 working days after filling a dispute form. FNB is a lier and they don't sympanise with clients.i have a small baby I'm running around like I'm mad and they want things that I don't have like cancelation letter for which I never had since we'll the booking never went through

I was listed by MTN for a paid up contract that was cancelled a year ago (2023). My complaints to MTN fell on deaf ears, even though I posted on HelloPeter.com. I turned to Marleen de Lange, who is a Consumer Dispute Facilitator. With her effort and superb service, this issue has been resolved and my name cleared. I was listed by MTN for a paid up contract that was cancelled a year ago (2023). My complaints to MTN fell on deaf ears, even though I posted on HelloPeter.com. I would like to recommend Consumer Dispute Facilitator, Marleen De Lange was incredibly professional. From day 1 Marleen would email me and keep me up to date with everything revolving around my case. I can highly recommend them if you have a dispute with a company when they falsely advertise a product.
