There is a hamper I received from Continental Brands on Monday, 05 February 2024. This hamper contained a wide range of biscuits. To name but a few: 1. De Vries Choice Assortment. 2. De Vries Chocolate Double Velvet. 3. De Vries ****** & Lemon Biscuits. 4. De Vries Shortbread. 5. De Vries Choco Rings Biscuits. 6. Tasty Treats Wheaton's Wholewheat Crackers. 7. Tasty Treats Wheaton's Multigrain Crackers. 8. Tasty Treats Snactive Multigrain Crispbread. 9. Tasty Treats Krit Bacon Flavoured Crackers. 10. Tasty Treats Bites Sweet Chilli & Tomato Flavoured Snack Biscuits. I must say, I was introduced to quite a wide delectable range of biscuits. Been buying from them online since the beginning of the year and been having problems with stuff sent short on every order i placed once u start complaining they just block your number on their landline and whatsapp been trying to get hold of the owner luiz murillo but once u show him the proof that the stuff was short he also just ignors your msg and calls this place has the worst customer help ever

I had an online order collected by a driver, and when I received it, it was missing more than 8 products. I contacted Continental 12 times over one month after my order and was eventually told they had checked their records and my order was in fact received in full, which is incorrect. Shocking service and even worse customer relations.

I have been calling and waiting patiently for them to send me the stuff they sent short on my orders everytime different excuse u can’t get hold of nobody Jasmine reads your messages and is never available, Cody just blocks u on Whatsapp and when u get hold of him he asks to phone back busy with a client and never coms back to you… been struggling since March 5 months later

I have been buying from Continental brands since last year. I purchase an average of R3000 to R4000 per online order. My problem has been ongoing since my very first order where there were no communication from Grace or her "manager" Jasmin. Each and every order has had issues. They just do not come back to you. My latest order were placed on Sunday evening. Grace confirmed that she received it on Monday morning. On Wednesday afternoon i get a call that there is items short. Said items showed stock on the online store and still shows stock. Jasmin promised to follow up and advise what is the situation before close of business on Wednesday. It is now 8h40 Thursday morning and still no response. It is as if the customer does not count in there eyes. They have been sending me from pillar to post, from " manager " Jasmin to another " manager " Candice. I have been waiting for refund on their mistake for nearly a month with even more excuses. This is just to advise customers of the " customer service" from this company. On their website is an icon for What's app messages that is supposed to be linked to the owner Luis. Even from him absolutely no response.
