Convexx Municipal Solutions Pty Ltd is pathetic
Convexx Municipal Solutions has been instructed to link my COJ account on the 28th of May. It is 2nd November and I'm still in the process. Not a single call from them only generic monthly emails. Service is beyond pathetic

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Absolutely dreadful company, I paid the deposit upfront as requested. My municipal account was closed but I never received the deposit back. Its difficult to get hold of Shamilia and when I did she said she would look into it but I never received any further information from her. I would sincerely think twice about using this company.

Really Bad
This company opens Municipal accounts for you for a significant fee, which has to be paid up front before they do anything. They don't inform about anything, and when I followed up with them, my account had been opened, and it was already in arrears and being charged interest which I had to pay. The account was also opened with the wrong address, and to date I cannot get this corrected because they just do not respond to emails, and they don't do what they promise telephonically.

Really Bad
