Disrespectful Staff member
Technician who was working on my vehicle wasn't wearing a mask. When I questioned him, he acted all defensive. Also noticed another staff member walking around without a mask. Clearly they were not reminded of the rules of lockdown. Sad enough coz they are adults.

Outstanding service regarding Cool Connection
My experience with Cool Connection was beyond my expectations when my vehicle's air conditioning went faulty. I called Cool Connection for a quotation and a qualified technician was sent to my residence to establish the fault. The quotation was very reasonable and I agreed that the repair could be done. Cool Connection collected my vehicle and it was repaired and delivered on the same day. Should the work take longer, an courtesy vehicle is available.
