What a gorgeous setting and fun activity for kids and adults alike. Fantastic food, clean facilities. Buy rides online to save as the kids will want to go repeatedly. Lovely family outing.

Unpleasant experience
This was not a great experience at all. I made the Marshalls aware that it was our first time. I went with my 12 year old son. I do not feel like they gave clear instructions and made us aware of the speed when approaching turns. We approached a turn and almost fell us. We both have minor injuries. There was no marshals in sight when this took place. Very unpleasant experience.

Bad management
I was appalled at the way Mr Sean Jones, who is the Manager, spoke to and treated his staff. He is definitely not leadership material and the moral amongst the staff is very low. I wanted to buy tickets last week but after seeing and hearing him shout at his staff, I decided to leave. There are a lot of bad reviews about him, yet he continues to keep his job. I am sure that there are many other people looking for a managerial position, who would gladly take his place. I cannot see the business surviving if he continues working there. Number 1- he needs to be taught how to treat his staff with respect and honesty and number 2- top management must open their eyes to his real personality if they want to make a success of this business.

Bad management

Dangerous, Lack of Instrcutions, Bad Managment & Service
I witnessed 4 people (2 women and children) fall off and sustain minor injuries due to bad staff instructions which resulted in some ppl not going fast enough, the cart behind knocked them off the rails. Plus the weight restriction allows 2 thin men on at once. They couldn't pull breaks because there was not enough space and their weight made it speed up hitting a woman causing serious damage. Their disclaimer on-site protects them from paying for any damages. Their food prices are exorbitant and unreasonable. It took 4 hours 2 get 6 rides on a weekday.

They were leaning into the corner and the cart flipped them in the opposite direction. Another cart was coming down behind them and one of the staff members told my son and his friend to get back in the cart and get out of the way. I am absolutely shocked that they do not have any safety gear for people to wear? No helmets??...if my son had not gotten out of the way quick enough another cart could of crashed into him. Into his head? I am in shock that they don't give people helmets. How is that even legal? My son was lucky. This could of been much worse. No one from the venue even came to check if they were ok ? No medical / first aid treatment or to even check if they were badly injured or what happened to the cart? Absolutely disgusting. You are dealing with children. This place is a disaster waiting to happen!

No safety measures in place, something terrible is going to happen here one day! Stay away! My son and his friend got flipped out of the tobbagon cart. They were leaning into the corner and the cart flipped them in the opposite direction. The cart was basically on top of them, they then slid down the track which was scolding hot and burnt my son in numerous places. Another cart was coming down behind them and one of the staff members told my son and his friend to get back in the cart and get out of the way. I am absolutely shocked that they do not have any safety gear for people to wear? No helmets??...if my son had not gotten out of the way quick enough another cart could of crashed into him. Into his head? I am in shock that they don't give people helmets. How is that even legal? My son was lucky. This could of been much worse. No one from the venue even came to check if they were ok ? No medical / first aid treatment or to even check if they were badly injured or what happened to the cart? Absolutely disgusting. You are dealing with children. This place is a disaster waiting to happen!

Not Cool at all
We bought a ticket for 1 2 rides, of which my grandaughter used 9. She had fun and wanted more, so we bought her three more rides. They asked her age, and sold her the yellow tokens. She is 13. However, the marshall refused to let her ride with that, he argued about her age and said only children 8 and younger can use yellow tokens. It was extremely humiliating for her, as she recently turned 13, she is at a very sensitive age. She came back is tears, and we asked for assistance, as it was the marshall's fault, to either change the tokens for black ones or get a refund. The girl at the ticket office was friendly, but refused any help, she radioed the guy and said she can go ride. After being humiliated in front of other people she wouldn't go and we gave the tickets away. I approached someone who looked like a manager, (redhead guy) but he was extremely rude and refused to even discuss a compromise and just walked away. Shame on you, Cool Runnings! Not Cool at all.

Refusal of opening insurance case
I suffered an injury while I was a customer of the facility, when I contacted the Managing Director of the park we discussed via email why I felt that his staff were negligent and that the park had breached sections 58 and 49 of The Consumer Protection Act. He then emailed me back saying that he would open an insurance case and if the investigation proves that they were negligent I could have my medical expenses claimed back. He then ignored all of my follow up emails and eventually responded after I left a bad review on Tripadvisor, saying that he denies having ever told me that they would be investigating my claim. I forwarded him his own emails saying the direct opposite he has chosen to continue ignoring my case.<br> The park is run by teenagers who give no safety precautions and are more involved in chatting over the walkie-talkie system.<br> He admitted to me that his staff were aware that I was about to have an accident and that none of them warned me that I could be badly injured.<br> Very badly run park and do not recommend anyone attend this attraction as they do not hold the safety of their guests at a high enough priority and would rather turn their backs on their responsibilities.
