cool wires scammers

I have received horrible service from this company, My first interaction on Facebook on the 18 November 2020, followed up by a phone call requesting information a treadmill they have advertised, Spoke to Sade, Who has followed the phone call with an email on the information I requested, within two days I had decided on purchasing the treadmill, A proforma invoice was and payment was made 24/11/2020, since payment has been made I contacted them again on the 30th of November 2020 to confirm the payment and delivery date and was told it would be 4/12/2020, on the 2/12/2020 I contacted them again requesting and the delivery time as I live in an apartment block and need to reserve time for the service lift etc. I have not received any feedback or cannot seem to reach them either via email or telephone. I have tried to send a message on Facebook and also no response. I feel like I have been scammed and cannot find any other information on them. I really don't know what to do
