Very poor service and communication

A major service was carried out on my aircon unit. 3 months later, it was leaking. The team came out to repair and tried to over-charge me, they accepted my feedback and payment at the lower amount. A few days later, the leaking started again. They kept moving the date and time to come back and repair, and when they did, they said they couldn't complete the repair due to needing to get a sealant. They have since made excuse after excuse and have not arrived on any agreed date and time to complete the repair. Terrible service, do not use.
