Waiting for two weeks! No call

I bought an aircon from Game almost two weeks ago. I filled in the form for the installers to contact me. Yesterday I phoned Game to find out why I’m not being contacted. They got back to me saying that Cooling Solutions said they will phone me back in 30 min. I never received a call.

This is ridiculously poor service. Why should a client wait for too weeks without being contacted and then not be prioritised when they try to get answers? I want my aircon installed asap!
