I received an updated statement from Flemix in 14 February 2020 showing a balance of R3881.19 as at the 03rd February 2020. Payments is deducted via a Garnishee order monthly from my salary of R300.00 + R33.51. In October 2020 I requested a detailed statement of outstanding balance if any. On the 16th February 2021 i berated them for not responding to my urgent request. They followed with an email on the 16th of February 2021 claiming that I have a Capital Balance of R2120.95 as at the 22nd November 2020 + Legal Cost of R694.27. This was very strongly disputed by me as the last statement I received from them is the one in February 2020. Numerous emails and requests from me and our HR Payroll Department followed with Flemix claiming that they had a system crash in July 2020 and is still attempting to retrieve data.
In the meantime they continue to deduct payments which I feel is not due to them and we complained about this they said that the matter is under "Investigation". A paid up letter from them is needed for the garnishee to stop according to our HR Payroll Department.
When will I receive this paid up letter and hopefully the amount that was overpaid?
PLEASE HELP!!!!
