One thing I won't tolerate is bull**** and people that lack business ethics. I called in 4 times cause the rude person you hired THANDAZO SIKHOSANA kept cutting my calls and interrupting me when I wanted to explain my query. First of all, last month I never entered any arrangement about a recurring payment for the 20th. You can go back and listen to the calls. Now this morning the first person I spoke to, I asked on who made that arrangement for the 20th of March and that lady put me through to Thandazo. She wanted to explain things I didn't ask and proceeded to cut the call. I called for the 2nd and 3rd time and she said I must call when I'm ready to talk. What rubbish is this? She lacks business ethics and telephonic skills. I won't tolerate nonsense, if she can't handle my account then move it back to African Bank cause I had already made an arrangement with them before I received the sms's. Then I have to deal with such nonsense from an adult that you hired. I expect a call and please make it worthwhile. When I call I'm using my ****** airtime and it's your duty to listen to my query and answer what I asked. Not the **** that she served me with.
