Hawkish Attitude towards Customers
Never lodge a complaint with this company... instead of resolving a problem created by one of their staff, they threatened and heaped all the blame on us without making any effort whatsoever to resolve the issue. This happens after we have been their client for more than 4 years, clearly our business did not matter to them.

Core Digital Printers - The Best!
Roche Julius at Core Digital printers is fantastic. She went out of her way to help me so much, I think she left the province! I would recommend Core Digital to everyone! Not only is their print work top-notch, but their service is also out of this world!

Core Digital Printers - The Best!

Bad experience
There level of customers service is very bad , receptionist has a Attitude to calling clients . I had a bad experience using core digital printing as they required me to pay up front the the job and expected me to take defective product as their presume that getting the job done without imperfection is impossible .

Core Digital Printers, dissapointing to my core
I work in marketing and do business with many many printers. Core Digital printers are by far the worst. It has been taking a month to deliver on a very simple order, their service and communication (also about costs) is extremely poor. I havent seen the product yet but I am not hopeful.

Core Digital Printers, dissapointing to my core

go to Big Brand Productions they deliver amazing work and professional service
I worked here and its a very unpleasant work place,and they always try to cheat there staff out of there salaries,work done here are of very low standards and not of good quality,cheap materials are used to save costs but it only makes for angry customers and customers normally don't want to do business with them again ,management is a joke.loved working here but because of a bad salary and constant deductions of my salary and the working conditions i moved on to a much more organized and well managed company.i would suggest every person that wants great work to be done to go to Big Brand Productions they deliver amazing work and professional service

After service terrible
We order printing labels and paid Eft and we struggle since 17/9/2018 to get our invoices from the company and we paid one invoice 2x and we want no refund we want to order stickers and labels and nobody could care less about business at this company.Its one excuse after another why nothing is happening.Print work very good but service and after service TERRIBLE!
