Deceiving and dishonest company
I bought a KSTAR UPS. After 9 months the UPS did not perform per specification anymore and KSTAR/COREX now refuses to honor their 12 month warranty commitment on the main component (battery) of the UPS. I sent numerous communications why this is the case, but no answer obtained. Now they charging me to replace the batteries. I am truly disappointed in their poor service. So be careful for false adverti*****t of their warranty. This is an unreliable company.

Fruadster who steels you money
On the 28 /07/2021 a loan company by the name corexinvestmentltd stole money out of my bank account for prepaid24 i did not buy anyting there the company told me it was a mistack from there side but im still waiting for it thos componey is a scam full of fraude thanks to them scaming me out of r1070 i could not pay my bills

Appalling Service
Service from Shane Croucamp is appalling. We have a substantial size account with them, yet service is almost non-existent. Cant deal with anyone else, only Shane. The guy does not respond after a day of our company trying to get hold of him, calls, tried his cell, MS teams messages.. always unavailable. more than a day later we still wait for a resolution to something simple like a order collection. ...

Appalling Service

ill treating black women
I'm writing about how they treat their employees. I have never seen such a cruel company towards black women, they post lies claiming that they have "Receptionist, technical engineers etc" on Pnet just to draw your attention and apply. They'll call you for an unprofessional interview and tell you that the position you've applied for is filled then lie again by telling you that you can do similar work at their warehouse. Only for you to find out that you'll be a picker, they only hire black women btw for that position. They'll overwork you with only a 30 minute lunch break. Only white & indian people work at the administration or higher positions. All black women work at their cold brutal warehouse for only R4500!!!

Product Enquiry being ignored
Over the past few weeks I have on several occasions used their online contact form https://www.corex.co.za/index.php/en/contact-us to enquire about Synology NAS devices, and I have been ignored so far. No contact or feedback whatsoever. In a time where everyone is struggling, I would think businesses would care about their potential customers
