Poor service from Corium Skincare

My wife ordered products during the “Black Friday” sales. After countless number of emails, she hasn’t received her order nor refunded. Always met with empty promises. Now she had to discontinue her skincare. Considering taking them to the Ombudsman on this matter. Utter disgrace
