CORNERSTONE MANAGEMENT (PTY) LTD DOING THE MOST!!!!
its been hard and stressful for weeks looking for place to stay, i spoke to Serina from cornerstone management. i submitted my documents fora place i saw on property 24. the next day they let me know that it was approved, GOSH I CRIED, because looking for place to stay in is soo hard. a huge weight had been lifted of my shoulders. one thing that impressed me was that this process was done in less than 48hrs. Getrude was also very active in the whole process and kept me updated. i will definitely recommend you to all my family and friends

Unproffesional agency, very cold and don't know how to speak to her clients she believes in shouting
Cornerstone Management has provided me with very bad service l couldn't wait to finish my 1 year lease with them a woman by the name SERINA KHAN is very hostile and very unproffessional l recently finished my lease with them just on the day for leaving they are telling me to forget about my depoit without providing me with anything formal that l damaged anything on the property so if you want to rent an apartment especially that side of pretoria east the Blydes and Greencreek be on the look out you will regret!

She's withholding my deposit because of the damages in the apartments, instead of sending me an email telling me how much is gonna cost to fix She just said 'forget about it' She believes in shouting, a very cold agent, so cold hearted. If you don't want peace, choose https://m.cornerstonemgt.co.za very sick agency. I feel sorry for everyone trusting her with their houses. She even listed my name to TPN lying that I didn't pay December rental, because she's failing to do the right thing, just to send an email with the reason why I must forfeit my deposit and the cost, Serina Khan chose to lie about rental so I can be listed. I will also cantact TPN regarding this wrongful listing because I have proof of payment.

Useless and incompetent people

Serina & Angus are liars
Serina and Angus Khan are so untrustworthy I won’t advice anyone to do business with them as they tend to be very deceitful and lie a lot. Home owners are advised not to give your property to them else they will ruin it for you (cornerstonemgt.co.za)

Their service is very bad
Their service is very bad and not a good one and also if you don’t want to have peace during your time with them proceed at your own cost. Not recommended at all (cornerstonemgt.co.za) Do proceed at your own risk
