Utterly dissapointed

So i called in today and spoke to a very annoying man.. I did a co**** a few years back i need another certification from the company as they surpose to keep all students on record.. The man un orderly tells me all company information i dont beed to partake in.. What iam really annoyed is the fact that he can put me off telling me they changed companies and directors why didnt i do this a while ago ect telling me how unkind i am when he doesn't even give me a chance to talk so in other words he says i should prove i was with cornerstone a few years back.. What the hell so if they had to call for a refferrance i wont appear so this is a fraud company.. AFTER I PAID AND DID A COURSE. INBOUND AND OUTBOUND INCLUDING COMPUTER LITERATURE.. PLEASE I WILL GO PUBLIC WITH THIS BECAUSE HE JUST PROVED TO ME THAT I WILL NOY BE IN THE RECORDS UTTER DISRESPECT AS IF I AM FRAUDING WHY WILL I CALL A COMPANY IV NEVER DID A COURSE WITH THIS IS BAD SO I CANNOT GET A COPY OF A CERTIFICATE FROM A COMPANY I STUDIED AT I WILL MAKE THIS GO VIRAL..
