I bought a car from them on the 12 April 2025

I bought a car from them on the 12 April 2025. The car had things that i was not happy with and i brought them to the attention of the sales person and he promised to get them fixed. I then took the car hoever when i sent him whtsap text as our couication he kept respondig that they are working on the matter as they have odered them from KIA he even sent me a docuement that shows they requested a qoate for the items but never sent me a proof of payment for them. Cut long story short just last week on the 30th may 2025 when i text the sales person he never responds to my texts. The missing items on the car was the foowimg: 1. Front right fender liner 2. Jack 3. Wheel spaner 4. Boot cover Is it possible from Hellow peter to help me in this matter
